                                                           Benefits of Membership

The benefits of CII Council can simply be summarized. It's the RELATIONSHIPS!

As a new member of the CII Council, you have instant access to the most influential brokers, real estate attorneys, developers, architects and bankers in the area.

You will meet and befriend the people that control and drive the local real estate industry at our monthly meetings, hosted by the owners of industrial and office buildings throughout Chester County.

You will be in touch with the decision makers in the commercial real estate industry like the directors of the Chester County Economic Development Council, who have been the financial backbone for business loans and financial incentives from Chester County for the last 50 years.

The annual forum and luncheon gives you access to the real estate professionals who power the local economy for the region, not just Chester County.

A benefit of CII Council membership is the opportunity to host one of our monthly breakfast meetings.  If you would like to host a breakfast meeting to highlight a property listing, please contact Phil Earley at philearley@liebermanearley.com.

Join the CII Council today and experience the power of better RELATIONSHIPS!
